i have not got my IAS civil exam 2010 acknowledgment card although my
application had been received at the delhi office on 27 jan 2010 as i
have tracked my speed post through india post office..it reached on 27
jan 2010........................why there is delay in dispatching the
acknowledgement card/ received card from the delhi upsc office,,,,is
there anyone with the same problem???????????????
