Upon submitting the application u would have got the Registration No and Password. u can use that user name and password. other wise it will be send to ur mailID. If not, Don't worry about that. U can download it from the site, on receiving the Hall Ticket also. The application form is not Important for written Exam. This is important During the time of Interview. During the Time of Interview you can download it from the Corporation Official Website.
