hi myself raman i am very confused between avg(sum of all sem divide by 8) or in degree . is the psu asking for avg or a degree because i have an avg below 65% so can able to sit in psu s like bhel,ntpc,sail,gail and other navratans of government. please advice me correctly beacause iam in little trouble
