Respected Sir,

Myself Devendra Mangal Puranik. I have completed Master in Personnel Management form North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. and having experience in hr field close to two years. but while working i have understood one thing that i am not getting much opportunities in pure HR department. Because of My MPM every company considers me for Personnel department rather than hr. so i want to do distance learning MBA form reputed institute and I don't have any information that form where i should do that. so i want to know that is there any course which is suitable to me and is it essential to go through entrance exams for getting admisions for distance learning programs.
