I have done MCA and working as a software Developer and now i want to go in Accedemic field as a lecturer, For this what will i have to do whether i will have to qualify NET exams if yes than please how should i prepare and can anyone provide me question paper and syllabus for it.
or i will have to go for P.hd, Please give me details about P.hd which college conducts nd can distant education institution conducts this course, Please provide me more details in explain
