Even i also confused about demanding computer certificates.
actually,i have a computer certificates but not from the
govt.recognized institute like NIIT and all that,

it is from private institute,,so IS IT WORK???

PLZ TELL ME,,ASAP
last date of allhabad po is 5th jan,,,
